Ingredients

  • Salmon cakes

  • Spinach, arugula, or kale

  • garlicky chickpeas 

  • pickled onions

  • Tahini dressing

Instructions

  • Make a bed of greens, drizzle with olive oil.

  • Place salmon cakes on top.

  • Top with chickpeas, pickled onions, etc

  • Drizzle with tahini dressing
