Salmon Cakes
I love to make these for lunches / dinner if we need a quick protein option. You can use tuna or salmon. The hummus holds the cake together, and I love the addition of almond flour instead of regular flour.
Ingredients
1 pouch salmon (5oz)
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup hummus
⅓ cup almond meal / almond flour
½ lemon, juiced
2 green onions
salt and pepper
Instructions
Mix everything together, and form into patties
Heat oil in skillet and cook patties until golden brown, about 3-4 min / side
