Homemade hummus

Creamy, tasty goodness! This nutrient-dense dip / spread is perfect as a condiment or a sauce for any basic dish. I make a big batch at the beginning of the week. You can freeze hummus too!


Ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed

  • 1 small garlic clove, minced

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp ground cumin

  • 3 Tbsp juice from 1-2 lemons

  • ¼ cup water

  • 6 Tbsp tahini, stirred well

  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • Optional - Arbonne Protein Boost (1 scoop per recipe)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Store in fridge for up to 4 days
