Garlicky Roasted Chickpeas

 

garlicky roasted Chickpeas

Super simple snack or flavorful crunchy addition to a salad or bowl. I love to pile the garlic on these, but you can choose any seasonings you’d like.


Ingredients

  • 1 can organic chickpeas, drained

  • 2 cloves of garlic crushed / minced

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • 2 TB Olive oil

Instructions

  • In a bowl, toss chickpeas with garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. 

  • Spread in a thin layer on a baking sheet. 

  • Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. 

  • For more tangy flavor, toss with apple cider vinegar or lemon juice at the end and bake for 3 more minutes.
