Garlicky Roasted Chickpeas
garlicky roasted Chickpeas
Super simple snack or flavorful crunchy addition to a salad or bowl. I love to pile the garlic on these, but you can choose any seasonings you’d like.
Ingredients
1 can organic chickpeas, drained
2 cloves of garlic crushed / minced
Salt
Pepper
2 TB Olive oil
Instructions
In a bowl, toss chickpeas with garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Spread in a thin layer on a baking sheet.
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
For more tangy flavor, toss with apple cider vinegar or lemon juice at the end and bake for 3 more minutes.
