Pickled Red onions

Simple way to add flavor and crunch to a simple meal. I make a big batch at the beginning of the week and use on salads, bowls, snacks for myself and the family.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 - 1 Red onion, chopped fine

  • Red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar (enough to cover the onion)

Instructions

  • Add onions to mason jar and fill with vinegar

  • Marinate for 1 day to 2 weeks
