Chocolate Date Cups

 

Chocolate Date Cups

Delicious and filling dessert, and they look so cute too.

Ingredients

  • 12 large dates

  • 1 cup dried figs

  • 1 cup pecans

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Add figs, dates, pecans to food processor and blend into sticky ball

  2. Press the mixture down into muffin cups (about 2/3 way full) and refrigerate

  3. Melt chocolate and spoon over top, top with pecan and put in fridge

  4. Enjoy and save in fridge or freezer
