Avocado lime Dressing

Creamy and flavorful addition to any salad.

Ingredients

  •  1 large avocado

  •  1/4 cup olive oil

  •  1/4 cup water or more for thinner consistency

  •  1/4 cup cilantro

  •  1 lime juiced

  •  2 cloves garlic minced

  •  salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • In a blender, add all ingredients

  • Blend until well mixed

  • Store in fridge for up to a week
