Almond Flour Banana Cookies
ALmond flour banana cookies
These are the best little chewy bites that are satisfying and well balanced too. These can be a sweet treat or a compliment to breakfast since they have protein, fat and carbs!
Ingredients
2.5 cups almond flour
¾ cup mashed banana (about 2 large bananas)
2 scoops Arbonne vanilla protein powder
2 TB coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla
1 TB maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven 350 degrees
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Peel and mash bananas until it forms a smooth puree with small lumps of banana
Stir in almond flour until you get a smooth but firm consistency
Add in optional ingredients and stir to mix
Spoon about a tablespoon of dough and roll into a ball
Place on cookie sheet and flatten with the back of a fork
Bake approx 15 minutes until golden brown
Enjoy- cookies are meant to be soft and chewy
