Savory Egg Muffins
Such a great breakfast option that is easy to make ahead. This is a tried and true favorite in my house. Protein packed and filling - great grab-n-go breakfast or snack! And..you can load them with veggies too.
Ingredients
12 eggs
olive oil
greens (spinach, arugula, etc)
other veggies (whatever you have on hand - ie peppers, onions, tomatoes, etc)
ham (optional)
feta cheese (optional)
garlic powder
Instructions
drizzle olive oil into each hold of a 12 cup muffin tin
crack an egg into each cup
add any toppings
sprinkle with garlic powder
if not using feta cheese, add salt
bake at 300 degrees for 25-30 min
enjoy!
