Roasted veggies with a kick
I love to roast veggies as part of my food prep. You can use this technique with any cruciferous or root vegetables.
Ingredients
Brussels Sprouts
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Carrots
Onions
Extra virgin olive oil
seasonings such as paprika, garlic salt, curry powder, sea salt, pepper, etc
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut Brussels Sprouts in half and cut broccoli and cauliflower (and any other roasted veggies) into bite size pieces.
Drizzle with a little EVOO and sprinkle with a generous amount of seasonings to taste.
Bake at 400 for 20-30 minutes or until browned.
