Roasted veggies with a kick

I love to roast veggies as part of my food prep. You can use this technique with any cruciferous or root vegetables.


Ingredients

  • Brussels Sprouts

  • Broccoli

  • Cauliflower

  • Carrots

  • Onions

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • seasonings such as paprika, garlic salt, curry powder, sea salt, pepper, etc

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 

  • Cut Brussels Sprouts in half and cut broccoli and cauliflower (and any other roasted veggies) into bite size pieces.

  •  Drizzle with a little EVOO and sprinkle with a generous amount of seasonings to taste.

  • Bake at 400 for 20-30 minutes or until browned.
