Easy Salmon

This salmon technique never fails. You’ll get a moist inside and crispy outside, and flaky middle. You can add any flavors, sauces, toppings. This is the basic cooking technique.


Ingredients

  • Fresh salmon (skin on)

  • Dill -fresh or dried

  • Zest of 1/2 lemon

  • few lemon slices

Instructions

  • Place baking sheet in the oven. Preheat to 500 degrees.

  • Remove baking sheet once oven hits 500 degrees, add salmon skin side down to hot baking sheet. 

  • Top with dill, lemon zest and lemon slices.

  • Decrease oven temp to 275 and place salmon in the oven. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until flaky but moist.
