Easy Salmon
This salmon technique never fails. You’ll get a moist inside and crispy outside, and flaky middle. You can add any flavors, sauces, toppings. This is the basic cooking technique.
Ingredients
Fresh salmon (skin on)
Dill -fresh or dried
Zest of 1/2 lemon
few lemon slices
Instructions
Place baking sheet in the oven. Preheat to 500 degrees.
Remove baking sheet once oven hits 500 degrees, add salmon skin side down to hot baking sheet.
Top with dill, lemon zest and lemon slices.
Decrease oven temp to 275 and place salmon in the oven. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until flaky but moist.
