Ground chicken with salsa

Super simple flavorful protein to add to a lunch or dinner. I like to make this as part of my weekly food prep since it’s quick to make and tastes yummy.


Ingredients

  • Ground chicken - organic is best

  • 1/2- 1 cup salsa

Instructions

  • In skillet over medium heat, spray or drizzle olive oil. 

  • When pan is hot, add ground chicken and cook until browned. 

  • At the end, add ½-1 cup of salsa and stir.

  • Serve over rice and veggies for a quick meal.
