Ground chicken with salsa
Super simple flavorful protein to add to a lunch or dinner. I like to make this as part of my weekly food prep since it’s quick to make and tastes yummy.
Ingredients
Ground chicken - organic is best
1/2- 1 cup salsa
Instructions
In skillet over medium heat, spray or drizzle olive oil.
When pan is hot, add ground chicken and cook until browned.
At the end, add ½-1 cup of salsa and stir.
Serve over rice and veggies for a quick meal.
