Within 1 week of starting the Nutrition Reset program, I could feel the difference in my energy levels and sleeping better. Started really noticing my clothing getting looser by the second week and ended up losing 8 lbs after 4 weeks . Can't remember the inches. My favorite part is the smoothies I have for breakfast almost daily and the recipes to give me guidance and ideas for meals. Being prepared for each day is the way I was able to stay on track and be successful without cheating.
