In This Challenge, You’ll Learn:
Daily habits are without a doubt the most impactful way of changing your outcomes, either for the better or worse. Think about this: some people add one packet of sugar to their morning coffee each day. That doesn’t seem like much, but when you add this up over the course of one year, that would be 22,000 calories of processed sugar before even having breakfast. Think about the change that could happen if just this one habit was reversed.
When we adjust our actions by just one degree each day, massive change occurs over time. For example, if you pointed a plane at take off one degree in a different direction and flew this plane in a straight line for 100 miles, imagine the distance between where it would land before and after this small shift. Let’s adjust the trajectory of your life for the better!
As you may know from experience, building new habits, and breaking old ones takes time and effort. Over the course of the next 21 days we will implement strategies that make building a couple new habits and breaking a couple old habits much easier. Use the habit tracker in your workbook to keep accountability of your habits.
