If you could use some inspiration in the kitchen, or just some fresh recipes, this event is for you! I have been leading these events for almost 18 years...the main focus in setting YOU up for success for the week. It's great for busy parents / professionals, young adults, or anyone hoping to get a handle on simple, healthy and delicious meals. You will get to sample about 20 different recipes / foods and you will go home with a "cookbook" which contains all the recipes / grocery lists in order to set yourself up for success and to create lasting changes. If you prefer to save paper, I can email you the handbook. The cost is $65 for the 2 hour hands-on session + printed handbook. You will get fed a full meal by the end of the two hours, so come hungry. You will NOT be participating in the cooking part - just watching, learning and eating!
