Protein Pudding
When your dessert is also a healthy fuel for your body, it’s a win win! I love this creamy, satisfying, delicious option.
Ingredients
Two scoops Arbonne protein powder (any flavor works, but I love chocolate or vanilla best)
2-3 oz water (or milk alternative)
1 TB Almond butter
Instructions
Place the powder in a small bowl and add a little liquid.
Stir until it's all mixed up. You might need to add a little more water or milk gradually depending on consistency.
Once you have your pudding consistency, stir in some almond butter.
If you want it more like ice cream consistency, put in freezer for 30 minutes prior to eating.
