Protein Pudding

When your dessert is also a healthy fuel for your body, it’s a win win! I love this creamy, satisfying, delicious option.


Ingredients

  • Two scoops Arbonne protein powder (any flavor works, but I love chocolate or vanilla best)

  • 2-3 oz water (or milk alternative) 

  • 1 TB Almond butter

Instructions

  • Place the powder in a small bowl and add a little liquid.

  • Stir until it's all mixed up. You might need to add a little more water or milk gradually depending on consistency.

  • Once you have your pudding consistency, stir in some almond butter. 

  • If you want it more like ice cream consistency, put in freezer for 30 minutes prior to eating.
