Peppermint Mocha Protein Balls
Protein balls are a great way to satisfy a sweet tooth while also upping your protein intake for the day. These little treats are packed with healthy ingredients and they taste great too. You can easily sub any flavor protein powder.
Ingredients
1 cup oats
1/3 cup almond butter
1/2 cup almond flour
1/3 cup almond milk
1 TB maple syrup
1/2- 1 tsp peppermint extract (to taste)
Instructions
Add all ingredients except coconut to a blender (I prefer to use my Vitamix for this job)
Spoon out about a TB and roll into a ball
Place coconut in a bowl and roll the balls in the coconut
Let set in fridge for at least an hour, then enjoy. Store in fridge or freezer.
