No Bake Chocolate Coconut Protein Balls

 

NO-BAKE Chocolate Coconut Protein balls

Need a quick, satisfying dessert? One or two of these little bites of goodness will curb your sweet tooth and provide you with nutrients that serve your body!


Ingredients

  • 3 heaping scoops Arbonne chocolate protein powder 

  • 3/4 Cup Almond Butter or coconut almond butter (melted in microwave)

  • 2-4 tbs vanilla almond milk (no sugar added) depending on desired consistency

  • 2 TB melted coconut oil

  • shredded unsweetened coconut

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together. Stir until combined and smooth consistency (add more almond milk if too dry)

  • Roll into balls and roll into dry coconut.

  • Store in fridge or freezer. Enjoy!
