Live virtual group fitness class. 45 Minutes of heart-pumping, fist-bumping movement combined with a supportive and fun community. Each class is different - no boring workouts here. Each workout is a combination of strength, cardio, balance, core and flexibility. All fitness levels welcome - modifications provided for most moves. Camera on or off - it’s up to you! We do use a yoga mat, dumbbells, a resistance band and a pilates ball from time to time. Do not worry if you don’t have some / any of these items, body weight works great!
