Depending on your goals, your budget and your priorities, we will work together to find the right coaching program to fit you. If you just need some basic guidance/strategies and some accountability with fitness and nutrition, start with the Primary Coaching option. If you want a more personalized approach, with more consistent check-ins and hands-on

 
 
 
Unlimited Access to Fit Zone classes (Live + Recordings) These are 30-45 min classes that include strength + cardio + stretching + core ($120 value per month)
General weekly fitness plan outline / strategy with options for modifications ($50 value)
General Nutrition Plan - options for meals based on your goals, preferences, activity level, weight etc. This will help you learn what foods you need, and what your body needs on a daily basis in order to reach your goals ($150 value)
1 x 30 min zoom call / month for in-depth conversation about workouts, meals, recipes, mindset coaching etc ($75 value)
Weekly accountability - check-ins (spreadsheet) ($30 value per month)in depth weekly check-ins, where we get to celebrate your wins, handle any struggle points, make changes as needed, and track your progress for motivation! These will help hold you accountable as well.
Mindset Coaching - extra resources / education provided to help you make the mindset shifts required to go from good to great in the healthy lifestyle world (intro to Enneagram / personal growth and development inspiration)
24/7 Voxer or Marco Polo Access with me! You can ask about workout, nutrition, or you can just say "hey I'm having a bad day I need a pep talk!"

$425 per month or $800 for two months
