  • We are eliminating highly allergenic, acidic, and inflammatory foods for 30 days, to give the body a chance to reset.

  • We are taking the guess work out of healthy living - you are provided a ton of education, resources and support.

  • You will reset your metabolism and your gut health while becoming empowered on your healthy living journey.

The following are the products that come in a 30 days to Healthy Living package. All are super clean, vegan and gluten free, and taste amazing. These products will set you up for success and make the process easier and more enjoyable.

A: You choose a Monday as your personal start date! Ask Joan if there are any upcoming groups starting soon.

Q: Do we have scheduled meetings or time constraints to join?

A: No, the program is done virtually and on your timeline. I will often offer meetings which are optional

Q: What if I have some travel or special occasion this month? Should I wait for a better time?

A: There is never a perfect time to start something new, but today/this new year is a great time to make improvements in your health! Don’t give up a month of progress just because you can’t do it 100%!

Q: What if I don’t know how to cook?

A: That is all the more reason to do the program! Joan makes clean eating simple and enjoyable! It’s a great opportunity to learn new skills, strategies and recipes in the kitchen!

Q: How do I know what to do next when I sign up?

A: Joan will make sure you feel set up for success. You will receive a guidebook, recipes book, grocery list, and access to the program hub.

Q: How do I know what to do with the supplements?
